How Not To Do Attraction Marketing Example #1

Lisa Torres started showing an example of what not to do. She took a random person’s profile where a post was made. It was a picture promoting her company’s facial products. She also included her company’s hashtag in the post. There was no engagement on that post.

Lisa Torres also says that she only promote her network marketing company once a week. The reason is because when you promote a product online, people will do a search for reviews of the products you are promoting. When they do read reviews online, they might get attracted to other people and end up joining under other people.

How Not To Do Attraction Marketing Example #2

A similar post was shown here and it is in the weight loss niche. Same thing, a picture, a post which highlights the company’s name. People will go look for reviews, get attracted to another person, and join under other people instead of you.

Important point to remember about attraction marketing

People do not join a company. They do not care who the owner is and what the company can do. Will you try out a new product because of an advertisement or because somebody you know, like, and trust recommended it to you?

PEOPLE JOIN PEOPLE

And that is the goal of attraction marketing…to make people want to join you 🙂

Attraction Marketing Done Right Example #1

Lisa Torres then showed what she has done. She showed a post of herself where she included a video of herself and she created her own hashtag. In her example, she had 137 likes, 69 comments, and 3 shares. It was related to the health niche / weight lost niche.

When you create your own hashtag, and when people click on it, people will be seeing all your post with your hashtags.

In the second example, Lisa Torres posted one of her products – a picture of a tumbler with “Green Water”. However, she did not say what it was and she did not show her company’s logo. Instead, in her post, she just said that she loves her “Green Water” and the benefits of the “Green Water”. From that post, she has received people messaging her to ask what the “Green Water” is. Here, she has created curiosity. Again, she has put her own unique hashtag.

Attraction Marketing Done Right Example #3

In the 3rd example, Lisa Torres showed a picture of herself and the results she was able to obtain by using her company’s products. However, she did not put the company’s name. Instead, she put a link to her fan page and she includes her own hashtag!

This way, people will like and follow her fan page, and they will be able to get more information on what Lisa is involved with.

The key takeaway which I was able to get from this video is…

You need to brand yourself first. When you do that, people will learn to know and like you and will trust your recommendations. When you shift your mindset, people will come looking for you to join your business, not the other way round. And you will end up with more active referrals too!
